Maybe I wasn't clear in my phrasing, Sentinel. I really don't care how far the person has been in the game. I do prefer lvl 20s in my group since they have highest base HP (not counting rune alterations and etc) and (hopefully) all their attribute points.
What matters is how intelligent they are. If they're sitting there before we go in, checking what skills they will be using and should use with the group and other members of their profession, discussing the monsters they will be encountering, and keeping the group organized, then who cares if the last mission they completed was Hell's Precipice, Iron Mines, or even Sanctum Cay. You still find "noobs" after you ascend and well into the Ring of Fire mission. As for Sanctum Cay, I was referring to beta. We only had up to that mission to play in beta, and they made it at one point that once you complete that you go right to Temple of Ages. There was a good amount of success exploring Underworld and Fissure in beta. You can't say the missions after Sanctum Cay now prepare you for anything other than more missions. That's like seeing all the people who shout "Experienced ?/? LFG". That doesn't mean anything if they can't prove it to you in there. It is impossible to judge someone by the miles they have walked. You have to use common sense in picking a group. People can surprise you for good or bad.

It doesn't matter what level someone is if they talk to a ghost before you are ready.
